# Invoices, Receipts, and VAT Details

> Every top-up gets an emailed invoice - here's where to find them, and how to put your company name, address, and VAT ID on future invoices.

**TL;DR:** Every top-up is emailed to you as an invoice automatically. Add your company details and VAT ID on the Balance page to have them appear on future invoices.

Every top-up - manual or [automatic](/help/4573082-auto-top-up-never-run-out-of-credit) - generates an invoice that's emailed to your account email address automatically. Your payment history is also listed on the **Balance** page.

## Adding your billing details

If you expense CallTuv or need VAT-compliant invoices:

1. Open **Balance** in the web dashboard and find the billing details section.
2. Fill in the name (personal or company), address, country, and VAT ID if you have one.
3. Save - invoices for future top-ups will carry these details.

Details apply per team, so if you run [multiple teams](/help/1573940-creating-and-switching-teams), set them on each.

Need a formal company or VAT invoice arranged with specific business details? Email **help@calltuv.com** with the details and we'll help sort it out.

## VAT on your top-ups

Depending on your billing country, VAT may be added at checkout. The invoice breaks out the base amount and VAT paid, so your bookkeeping stays clean. The credit added to your balance is the top-up amount you selected - see [How to Top Up Your Balance](/help/8412937-how-to-top-up-your-balance).

## Mobile purchases

Top-ups made through the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, so the purchase receipt comes from your app store, not from CallTuv. You can review these top-ups in the app anytime under **Team → Top-up History**.

## Something wrong on an invoice?

Email **help@calltuv.com** with the invoice number and what needs fixing - we'll sort it out. For refund questions, see [Refunds](/help/3894756-refunds).
