# Your Call History

> Where to find every call your team has made, how to search and filter the list, and what you can do with a past call - explained simply.

**TL;DR:** History (web) or Recents (app) lists every team call with who called, duration, and cost - searchable, filterable by member, with recording playback where recorded.

Every call made by you - or anyone on your team - is kept in one tidy list. You can always look back and see who called whom, when, for how long, and what it cost. Nothing gets lost.

## Where to find it

- **On the website:** click **History** in the menu.
- **In the app:** tap the **Recents** tab at the bottom.

The list shows the newest calls first. Reach the bottom? Press **Load more calls** to see further back.

## What each entry tells you

Every call in the list shows:

- **Who made it** - the team member's name (helpful when several people share the balance).
- **Who was called** - the contact's name, or the number if it isn't saved.
- **When, and for how long.**
- **What it cost** - matching the per-minute pricing explained in [Understanding Rates and Per-Minute Billing](/help/6198430-understanding-rates-and-per-minute-billing).
- **A play button, if the call was recorded** - see [Recording Calls](/help/2359680-recording-calls).

## Finding one particular call

Looking for that call from two weeks ago? Two tools help:

- **Search** - type a name, a phone number, or a caller into the search box at the top, and the list narrows as you type.
- **Filter by caller** - show only one team member's calls. Owners find this handy for understanding usage - more in [Team Activity and Call Stats](/help/4906138-team-activity-and-call-stats).

Press **Clear filters** to see everything again.

## Useful things you can do from a history entry

- **Call the person again** - tap the entry and the dialer opens with the number ready.
- **Save an unsaved number** - if a number is worth keeping, use **Save contact** right from the entry. See [Managing Your Contacts](/help/1948537-managing-your-contacts).
- **Listen to a recording** - recorded calls play right there in the list.

## Who sees this history?

History belongs to the [team](/help/6027384-how-teams-and-shared-balance-work): everyone on the team sees the team's calls, each labeled with who made it. Your other teams keep their own separate histories - switch teams and the list switches too ([Creating and Switching Teams](/help/1573940-creating-and-switching-teams)).
