## The verification call comes from +1 415 723 4000

Because it's an automated call from a US number, **spam-blocking and call-filtering apps** - or your carrier's built-in spam filter - often intercept it before your phone rings.

## Fix it in three steps

1. **Allow the number.** Add **+1 415 723 4000** to your contacts or your blocker's allow-list - or temporarily turn the call blocker off (check both third-party apps and your phone's built-in "Silence Unknown Callers" / carrier spam filter settings).
2. **Check your signal.** The verification call arrives over the normal phone network, so the phone needs regular reception - Wi-Fi doesn't help here.
3. **Try again.** Restart the verification and tap **Call me now**. The call typically arrives within seconds; keep the CallTuv screen open, since the 6-digit code you'll enter on the phone keypad is displayed there.
