Americans got 52.5 billion robocalls in 2025, slightly fewer than 2024. Reported fraud losses hit a record 16 billion dollars. The robocall problem is not growing, it is concentrating: unwanted and scam calls rose to 57% of all traffic while legitimate automated calls fell.
