1. Introduction

Welcome to CallTuv.com (“CallTuv” or the “Service”), operated by Configo Ltd. (“Configo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

CallTuv provides international calling, prepaid credits, contact management, team/enterprise collaboration features, call logs, and related communication services.

By creating an account or using CallTuv, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

2. Eligibility

To use CallTuv, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old,
  • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts,
  • Provide accurate account information,
  • Not be restricted from telecom services under applicable laws.

Enterprise accounts may require additional identity or corporate verification.

3. Description of the Service

CallTuv provides:

  • International calling via VoIP and telecom carriers
  • Prepaid credit top-ups and subscription options
  • Call history and usage analytics
  • Personal and team contact management
  • Team/enterprise workspaces
  • Sharing of contacts with team members
  • Optional call recording (where legally permitted)
  • Notifications and account management tools

We may add, improve, or discontinue features to enhance service or comply with regulations.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain confidentiality of passwords and login credentials
  • Secure your devices and network
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless you can demonstrate unauthorized use.

5. Credits, Payments, and Billing

5.1 Credits

CallTuv uses a prepaid credit system. Credits:

  • Are required to place calls
  • Are deducted per full minute, not per second
  • Always round up to the next full minute

Per-Minute Billing Example

A call lasting 1 minute and 10 seconds is billed as 2 minutes.

A call lasting 20 seconds is billed as 1 minute.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers.

Configo does not store full payment card numbers.

5.3 Pricing

Call rates vary by destination, carrier, and routing conditions.

Rates may be updated at any time and become effective immediately once published.

5.4 Refunds

Unless required by law:

  • Credits are non-refundable
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged

Refunds may be granted at Configo’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Use of the Service

You may not use the Service to:

  • Commit fraud or engage in illegal activity
  • Harass or threaten others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Engage in telemarketing without lawful consent
  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the platform
  • Attempt to bypass call routing or billing
  • Interfere with other users’ access
  • Violate telecom laws in any jurisdiction

6.1 Emergency Calling Is Strictly Forbidden

CallTuv does not support calls to emergency numbers (e.g., 911, 112, 999, 000, or any regional equivalent).

You must NOT attempt to contact emergency services using CallTuv.

We disclaim all responsibility for any damages or consequences resulting from attempts to use CallTuv to place emergency calls.

7. Team and Enterprise Accounts

If you are part of a team or enterprise workspace:

  • Administrators (“Admins”) may access team usage information, call logs, shared contacts, device details, and workspace settings
  • Admins may add or remove users, assign roles, export workspace data, or manage permissions
  • Contacts shared within the team become accessible to authorized members
  • Admins are responsible for the lawful handling of team data

You acknowledge that Admins may have visibility into certain aspects of your use of the Service.

8. Call Recording

Where legally permitted, CallTuv may offer optional call recording features.

If you enable call recording:

  • You represent that all required consents have been obtained
  • You acknowledge that recordings may contain sensitive information
  • You choose how long recordings are retained, within product limitations
  • Recordings may be stored or processed by third-party service providers
  • We may disable recording in jurisdictions where it is restricted
  • Illegal or unauthorized recording is prohibited.

9. Call Logs and Metadata

CallTuv collects call metadata, including:

  • Dialed and received phone numbers
  • Call duration and timestamps
  • Routing information
  • Connection and quality metrics
  • Status codes and failure reasons

This information is required for telecom compliance, billing accuracy, fraud detection, and service reliability.

Deletion of certain telecom-mandated data may not be allowed.

10. Network Availability and Limitations

Service availability may be impacted by:

  • Internet connectivity
  • Device performance
  • Carrier partners
  • Regional telecom restrictions
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • External outages
  • Network congestion

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. International Calling & Legal Compliance

You understand that:

  • Calls may be routed across multiple countries
  • Partners/carriers may differ per destination
  • Call quality can vary depending on geography and infrastructure
  • Certain regions may be restricted due to sanctions or telecom laws
  • Additional taxes or surcharges may apply based on jurisdiction

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws while using the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to CallTuv—including software, interfaces, documentation, content, and trademarks—is owned by Configo Ltd. or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
  • Reverse engineer or disassemble any component
  • Use branding or trademarks without permission

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law enforcement
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
  • Payment issues persist
  • You request account deletion

Upon termination:

Access to the Service ends

Any unused credits may be forfeited (unless required otherwise by law)

Certain data may be retained for legal compliance

14. Disclaimers

14.1 General

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy of call routing or rates
  • Continuous or secure availability

14.2 Emergency Services

CallTuv must not be used for emergency calling.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by attempting to reach emergency services through CallTuv.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Configo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
  • Configo is not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to CallTuv in the previous six (6) months

Where applicable laws prohibit such limitations, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Configo, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or unauthorized call recording
  • Data you upload or share within teams
  • Breach of telecom laws or regulations

17. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the CallTuv website.

By using CallTuv, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Privacy Policy.

18. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

CallTuv relies on third-party service providers to deliver core functionality. These include, but are not limited to:

  • VoIP and telecom carriers for call routing and connectivity
  • Payment processors for billing and transactions
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers for infrastructure
  • Analytics and monitoring services
  • SMS and notification delivery services

18.1 Service Availability and Performance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • CallTuv's availability depends on the uptime and performance of third-party providers
  • We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA)
  • Service interruptions, degraded performance, or outages may occur due to third-party provider issues
  • Call quality, connection speed, and payment processing times may vary based on third-party performance
  • We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party providers

18.2 Third-Party Actions and Policies

Third-party providers may:

  • Change their terms, pricing, or policies without notice to us
  • Suspend or terminate services that impact CallTuv functionality
  • Impose usage limits or restrictions
  • Experience security incidents or data breaches
  • Modify or discontinue features we rely upon

We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to third-party changes, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during transitions.

18.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Configo is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from:

  • Third-party service outages or performance degradation
  • Changes to third-party terms, pricing, or availability
  • Security incidents at third-party providers
  • Data loss or corruption caused by third-party systems
  • Delays in payment processing or call routing

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

By continuing to use CallTuv, you agree to the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Configo Ltd. is incorporated

Disputes should first be addressed through our support team

If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or the competent courts, as allowed by law
