1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and standards that apply to all users (“you”, “your”) when accessing or using CallTuv.com (“CallTuv” or the “Service”), operated by Configo Ltd. (“Configo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This AUP is designed to:
- Maintain the integrity and security of the Service
- Protect users from harm, abuse, fraud, and illegal activity
- Ensure compliance with global telecom and data regulations
This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service and violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CallTuv for any of the following activities:
2.1 Illegal or Unlawful Activity
- Violating local, national, or international laws
- Participating in or facilitating fraud, scams, or identity theft
- Placing calls to individuals or entities where calling is prohibited
- Using the Service in connection with illegal businesses
2.2 Emergency Calling
CallTuv cannot and must not be used for emergency services.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to place calls to emergency numbers (e.g., 911, 112, 999, 110, etc.)
- Relying on CallTuv as a replacement for emergency access
Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination.
2.3 Harassment & Abuse
You may not use the Service to:
- Threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others
- Make repeated unwanted calls (“robocalling” without consent)
- Engage in hateful, discriminatory, or violent conduct
- Intimidate or impersonate others
2.4 Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct
Prohibited actions include:
- Spoofing caller ID without lawful purpose
- Misrepresenting your identity
- Using false or stolen identities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Manipulating, bypassing, or interfering with call routing or billing
2.5 Spam, Telemarketing & Bulk Calling
You may not:
- Send unsolicited or bulk calls without appropriate consent
- Conduct automated telemarketing without compliance with applicable laws
- Engage in mass calling campaigns using CallTuv systems
- Use bots or scripts to initiate calls
2.6 Access & Security Violations
You may not:
- Attempt to hack, probe, or test the security of our systems
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Interfere with network operations or degrade service quality
- Use CallTuv to distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Share your account credentials with unapproved individuals
2.7 Misuse of Call Recording
Where call recording is available:
You may not:
- Record calls without obtaining all legally required consents
- Store or distribute recordings that violate privacy or copyright law
- Misuse call recordings to harm or defraud others
2.8 Interference with Service Integrity
You must not:
- Overload the network or intentionally disrupt the Service
- Run traffic through CallTuv in a manner that simulates carrier-level load
- Attempt to misroute calls or exploit weaknesses in telecom partners
2.9 Harm to Minors
Strictly prohibited:
- Any misuse of the platform involving minors
- Offensive, exploitative, or abusive content involving children
2.10 AI-Generated Voices and Deepfakes
You may not:
- Use AI-generated or synthetic voices to impersonate real individuals without consent
- Create or use deepfake audio to deceive or defraud others
- Deploy voice cloning technology for malicious purposes
- Use automated voice systems without proper disclosure where required by law
2.11 Caller ID Authentication and Spoofing
You must comply with caller ID authentication standards and regulations:
You may not:
- Circumvent or interfere with STIR/SHAKEN or similar caller ID authentication systems
- Spoof caller ID to impersonate government agencies, law enforcement, or emergency services
- Falsify caller ID to impersonate legitimate businesses or financial institutions
- Use neighbor spoofing or other deceptive caller ID practices
- Manipulate caller ID information to evade call blocking or screening
2.12 Data Scraping and Harvesting
You may not:
- Scrape, harvest, or collect phone numbers or contact information from CallTuv
- Build databases or contact lists from CallTuv user data
- Extract or export data beyond your authorized team or workspace
- Use automated tools to collect user information
2.13 Intellectual Property Violations
You may not:
- Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Distribute pirated content or facilitate copyright infringement
- Use unauthorized branded content, logos, or trademarks in calls
- Violate trade secrets or confidential information of others
2.14 Financial Scams and Cryptocurrency Fraud
Strictly prohibited:
- Cryptocurrency scams, pump-and-dump schemes, or fraudulent ICOs
- Investment fraud or Ponzi schemes
- Romance scams or advance-fee fraud
- Phishing for financial credentials or payment information
- Impersonating banks, payment processors, or financial institutions
2.15 Prohibited Content and Services
You may not use CallTuv for:
- Adult entertainment services or premium-rate content
- Illegal gambling operations or unauthorized betting services
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing abuse, or deceptive business practices
- Services that violate content restrictions in your jurisdiction
3. Team & Enterprise Use Restrictions
If you use CallTuv as part of a team:
- You may not access team data you are not authorized to view
- You may not export or share team contacts without permission
- Admins must manage users in compliance with privacy and telecom laws
- You must not impersonate or misuse another member’s identity
Admins are responsible for managing their team’s compliance with this AUP.
4. Network & Telecom Restrictions
You must not use CallTuv to:
- Terminate traffic in a way that violates carrier restrictions
- Engage in callback fraud or revenue-sharing fraud
- Send traffic toward prohibited destinations or high-risk routes
- Use VPNs or anonymizers for illegal routing manipulation
- Mask origin information to carriers in violation of telecom regulations
- Place calls to or from countries subject to international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN)
- Violate export control regulations regarding encryption or telecom technology
- Engage with sanctioned entities or individuals
4A. Political and Regulatory Compliance
If you use CallTuv for political or advocacy calling, you must:
- Comply with all applicable political calling regulations (e.g., TCPA in the United States)
- Obtain proper consent before placing political or advocacy calls
- Respect Do Not Call registries and opt-out requests
- Comply with election blackout periods where applicable
- Provide accurate caller identification and campaign information
- Maintain required records of political calling activities
Failure to comply with political calling regulations may result in immediate suspension.
4B. Reselling and Commercial Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label CallTuv services without written authorization
- Use CallTuv as part of a competing telecom or VoIP service
- Engage in arbitrage schemes or exploit rate differences for profit
- Sublicense your account or credits to third parties
- Operate CallTuv as a carrier or service provider without proper licensing
5. Fair Use
To maintain service quality, CallTuv may enforce fair use limitations, including:
- Limits on unusually high-volume usage
- Restrictions on commercial traffic patterns inconsistent with normal individual or enterprise use
- Prevention of automated or robotic call initiation without authorization
Accounts exhibiting abnormal or abusive activity may be suspended pending review.

We may request additional information for investigation.
7. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notices
- Temporary suspension
- Termination of your account
- Loss of credits
- Blocking access to specific features
- Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Legal action where appropriate
Configo reserves the right to act immediately in cases of:
Harm to users
Fraud
Abuse
Violations of telecom regulations
Attempts to call emergency services
8. Monitoring, Investigation, and Compliance
To maintain service integrity and comply with legal obligations, Configo reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns, call volumes, and traffic for compliance and fraud detection
- Investigate suspicious activity or potential violations of this AUP
- Review call metadata (such as numbers dialed, duration, and timestamps) for security purposes
- Use automated systems and algorithms to detect abuse, fraud, or violations
- Cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and legal processes
- Suspend accounts pending investigation of suspected violations
- Retain records as required by telecom regulations and legal obligations
We do not routinely monitor call content, but may be required to do so under legal process or to investigate specific violations.
You consent to such monitoring by using the Service.
9. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP at any time.
Changes will be published at CallTuv.com with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
