What is CallTuv?
CallTuv is pay-as-you-go calling to landlines and mobiles in 200+ countries, from $0.03/min. You call from the browser, from the iOS or Android app, or by clicking a number on a web page with the Chrome extension. The dialer shows the rate before every call, and there is no subscription.

Rates by countryIs CallTuv only for businesses?
No. Anyone can sign up free with email or Google and call from their own balance. Businesses can invite people by email into a team that calls from one shared balance, with no per-seat fee.
Cloud phone system for teamsDo I need a SIM card or any hardware?
No. A computer with a browser and a microphone is enough, or the iOS or Android app over WiFi or mobile data. The person you call needs nothing at all: CallTuv calls ordinary phone numbers, so they answer on their landline or mobile as usual.
Calling without a SIM cardCan I record my calls?
Yes, for free. Switch recording on before you dial (it can’t be switched on during a call). The recording is saved with the call, where you can play it from your call history and download it as an MP3. On a team, each member can play and download the recordings of their own calls, and only the team owner can play and download every recording on the team. Recording lawfully, including telling the other person where that is required, is your responsibility.
Recording callsHow much does a call cost?
From $0.03/min, depending on the country and on whether you call a landline or a mobile. Calls are billed per minute, rounded up, with a 1-minute minimum. A call nobody answers costs $0, and there is no connection fee. Top up from $5 by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; credit never expires.
Rates by countryCan I receive calls or texts?
No. CallTuv is for calling out: it can’t receive calls or SMS, and it can’t call emergency numbers. If you verify a number you own and show it as your caller ID, people who call back reach that phone.
Receiving calls and textsWhich number do people see when I call?
A CallTuv shared number by default. You can verify a mobile or landline you own and show it instead, or rent a US number for $5.95 a month that shows on your outgoing calls (it can’t receive calls). Showing your own number can change the rate, and the dialer always shows the rate before you call.
