While traveling and running into airline complications, and my cellular plan from home not working, CallTuv was a great solution to call the airlines, hotels etc. One of the destinations I needed to call did not work at first, I notified support, they answered very quickly and fixed it. I’m travelling in Bali and was unfortunately hospitalised with an illness. I needed to speak urgently with travel insurance and family back in the UK and found it freakishly difficult to find a solution - my phone network were no help, I tried several e-sim apps and nothing seemed to be working.
