Can I call from any country to any country regardless of where I am?

Yes. It does not matter where you are, you can call any landline or mobile phone number worldwide.

Can I receive calls with CallTuv?

CallTuv currently supports outbound calls only. You can call any landline or mobile phone number worldwide, but you can’t receive incoming calls yet.

Do I need to verify my phone number or ID?

No. To start, you just create an account and buy credits. In most cases we don’t ask for a phone number or ID, unless local rules require it.

Do I need a subscription?

No. CallTuv is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits and only pay for the minutes you use.

What are your international call rates?

Rates depend on the country you call. They are competitive with major carriers. You can always see the current per-minute price in our pricing section.

How do I add credits?

What if my call quality is bad?

Most call issues come from a weak internet connection. Use a stable broadband connection and close heavy downloads or streaming. If it still doesn’t work well, contact support and we’ll help.

We charge per minute and round each call up to the next full minute. For example, if your call lasts 1 minute and 10 seconds, you will be charged for 2 minutes.
