- Each country has a per-minute rate for landlines and one for mobiles. Where you call from makes no difference.

- A call of 3 minutes 20 seconds is charged as 4 minutes. A call that does not connect costs nothing.

- A few number ranges inside a country cost more. Type the number in the dialer and it shows that number’s own price before you press call.

Call cost questions
How is the cost of an international call worked out?
It is the per-minute rate for the country and the type of number you call, times the minutes you talk, rounded up to whole minutes. A call of 3 minutes 20 seconds is charged as 4 minutes.
Does it matter which country I call from?
No. CallTuv prices a call by the number you dial, so the rate is the same wherever you are when you call.
Why do mobiles and landlines cost different amounts?
In many countries the phone companies charge different amounts to connect a call to a mobile and to a landline, so each has its own per-minute rate. The calculator shows both.
Will I pay exactly what the calculator shows?
The calculator uses the same live country rates as the dialer. A few number ranges inside a country cost more to reach, so the dialer shows the exact price for the number you type before you press call.

How much credit should I add?
Top-ups start at $5, and you can also add $10, $25, $50 or any custom amount. Credit never expires, so whatever is left stays on your balance for your next call.
