Is CallTuv Safe and Legit?

If you found CallTuv while searching for cheap international calls, a healthy dose of "is this real?" is exactly the right instinct. And if you have been scammed before by something that looked like this, that instinct is not paranoia - it is experience, and you are right to check before you spend anything.

Your payment is protected

• Card payments run through Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors, used by millions of businesses. Your card details go to Stripe directly - CallTuv never sees or stores your full card number.
• App top-ups run through Stripe in exactly the same way, so the same protection applies whether you pay on the website or on your phone. (Older versions of the app charged through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which carry their own buyer protections.)
• Every payment produces an automatic emailed invoice, and team owners can see the full payment history on the Invoices tab of the Team page.

Your money doesn't quietly disappear

Three built-in protections worth knowing:

• Credit never expires - whatever you top up stays until you use it. See Understanding Rates and Per-Minute Billing.
• No subscription is needed to call - nothing charges you in the background unless you ask for it. Only two optional extras can charge your card on their own: auto top-up, which only runs if you switch it on, and a rented US number at $5.95 a month until you cancel. Both can be stopped any time.
• Prices are shown before you dial - the exact per-minute rate appears in the dialer before every call, and the live cost during it. Genuine billing mistakes like double-charges are reviewed and refunded.

Real people answer
